License:

1. I, Ann Stretton am the sole and exclusive owner of the relevant marketing and licensing rights to these digital images (The Artwork) I hereby grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to the purchaser of this CD to use The Artwork upon the terms and conditions herein.

2. You (The User) may:
(a) Use one copy of The Artwork on a single computer.
(b) Make no more than one copy of The Artwork for backup purposes.
(c) Use The Artwork on a network, provided that you have a licensed copy of The Artwork for each computer that can access The Graphics over that network.
(d) Use The Artwork to decorate your website (either yourdomain.com or yourhost.com/yourdirectory) as little or as much as you'd like.
(e) Print out the artwork for your personal use.
(f) Use The Artwork as desktop wallpaper on your monitor

3. You may not:
(a) Copy or redistribute the printed documentation which accompanies The Artwork.
(a) Copy or redistribute the electronic documentation which accompanies The Artwork.
(b) Sublicense, rent or lease any portion of The Artwork.
(c) Create derivative works of The Artwork.
(d) Include The Artwork on any graphic compilation CD, or resell or remarket The Graphics.
(e) Present The Artwork as original work by anyone other than Ann Stretton.
(f) Offer the Artwork either for free or for profit anywhere, including on your own website.

(g) Publish the electronic HTML files on a website.

4. I will not be liable to The User for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with using The Artwork. (This includes emotional damage from getting a bad reading.)

5. The User acknowledges that any and all of the trade marks, trade names, copyrights, patents and other intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with The Artwork shall be and remain the sole property of Ann Stretton.
